What we offer

3D Printing

3d Print Mould Plug

MSA Manufacturing offer the 3D printing and post processing (painting, coatings etc) of thermoplastics and thermoset resins, via engineering and industrial grade FDM and mSLA processes.

In addition, MSA has operates a Robotic 2x1m Large Format Additive printer from one of the world’s foremost developers of this technology.

We use reliable industry standard material manufacturers including BASF and Henkel Loctite, and high quality materials from leading global leading pellet thermostplastic manufacturers.

Applications

  • FDM (maximum size volume for all materials listed) – 380 x 380 x 420mm
  • mSLA (maximum size volume for SOME resin equivalent material types listed) – 510 x 280 x 350mm
  • FDM maximum 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm (for most materials excluding high temp engineering materials such as Ultem™, PEEK etc)
  • LFAM maximum 2000 x 1000mm (Z variable according to part shape) for most materials including high temp composite thermoplastics and “creative” sector thermoplastics
